Altoona is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Altoona follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I was seriously considering leaving this practice because of Darren, their "P.A." . He had the audacity to call Behavioral Health reporting I was allegedly suicidal, when I was not in any way, shape or form, suicidal. Just to get a call from my pharmacy that I've been going to since 1989, to state that Darren denied refill requests. (The only reason I came to this practice is because I was with Dr Hampton, and he raised his rate again, and I couldn't afford it) Anyway, I get another call from behavioral health, that Darren, again, made a referral to assign me a psych doctor to monitor my medication intake. The same meds I've been on for around 20 years. I called the practice and spoke with the Clinical Manager who stated Darren was no longer going to be with the practice, and I was going to be seeing Dr Trout. I was scheduled an appt with Dr Trout for the next day. She walks in with a lot of notes about my background, and my meds. She stated she knew exactly why I was on the medication I was on, and understood the length of time I was on them. She was also familiar with the Neurological condition I have (Neurofibromatosis) She set my mind at ease, and said she would corre

Lori Trout refused to complete a paper from penndot that I went to court over not being done on time, it took a court hearing for her to complete the paper then she didn't answer the questions properly and the paper was "incomplete" went back a second time and she proceeded to tell me that "she doesn't know me" and won't answer opinion questions. Lori Trout was a very unprofessional lady, I will be doing more about this situation. A 6 question yes or no paper but wouldn't do the job πŸ‘ŽπŸΎ 0 stars

I recently went to clozaril clinic and Dr. Yampolsky made wait almost an hour. I finally got disgusted and went and got my blood taken. Then I left. The month before he said my A1C was high and I should make an appointment to see my primary doctor. He suggested that my Metformin needed increased. When I sΓ w my PD said my A1C was fine. I got the feeling Dr. Yampolsky was sending on a wild goose chase. I don't know what his problem is.
